Order Changes

To change your order please email web@patronofthenew.us. We are happy to make any change before your order has been shipped.

Redirecting Shipments

We do not allow our orders to be redirected to another address once the order has been shipped.

Duty Fees & Import Taxes

Duty fees and import taxes are not included in our prices for international shipments.

Final Sale Items

Items marked "FINAL SALE" come as is and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Domestic Return Policy

Customers should thoroughly check merchandise upon delivery before removing any attached tags and disposing of any original packaging.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused, with their original tags. Footwear must be returned in the original boxes provided and inside a protective shipping box. Same guidelines apply for jewelry.

We suggest that you always return items in the original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit.

When returning merchandise you will first need to request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 3 days of receiving your order. To do this, please follow the steps below.

Reply to your original order confirmation email from web@patronofthenew.us with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • Your first and last name as it appears on the order

  • The last four digits of the credit card used for purchase

  • Specify the items you wish to return

Upon approval, you will be provided with an RMA number and your return must be sent out within 48 hours. You may use your own carrier and provide us with the tracking number, or you may request a shipping label, which will be provided to you via email for a fee of $20 and will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Once your return has been received by the boutique and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you by your original payment method. Please be aware that refunds may take up to 14 business days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We do not have an exchange policy for web orders. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return your original item, for which you will be refunded, then you may place a new order.

International Return Policy

While we are happy to process sales for our international customers, unfortunately at this time we cannot accept returns from outside the USA.
